Meet the enigmatic Florida Man, Rick Tramplestamp, who has a unique plan for his upcoming driver’s license photo- a plan that could potentially allow him to smoke as much as he wants while driving without fear of being pulled over.

“I wanted to make sure that I look high in my photo,” Tramplestamp said. “So people told me to smoke before I go in.”

But Tramplestamp thought that wasn’t enough.

“I’m not going to smoke before, I’m going to smoke during,” he said. “This way, when the cops pull me over, they’ll know I’m not high. I just look like that.” 

Tramplstamp is currently being held in the Leon County Sheriff’s Office Detention Facility on a $50,000 bond for bringing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia into a government building.
